Co-Founder & CEO

Mor brings to Opmed her rich academic background and entrepreneurial spirit. With a PhD in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University, Mor is a seasoned entrepreneur with two startups and a thriving consulting business under her belt. A published author in academic journals, Mor's passion is in translating intricate academic research into practical, real-world solutions.

Avi Paz
Co-Founder & CTO

Avi brings an array of tech experience to Opmed, with a career spanning senior software key roles at Israeli Air Force, PayPal, EMC, and Microsoft. His diverse background at Microsoft notably includes data and AI cloud solutions architecture for large healthcare systems and a senior engineering role at Microsoft Health AI. This experience has sharpened his expertise in spearheading digital transformations for hospitals and healthcare providers.

Prof. Baruch Barzel
Co-Founder & Chief Scientist

Prof. Barzel, a distinguished network science researcher, enriches Opmed with his groundbreaking work from the Complex Network Dynamics Lab. His innovative strategies, especially those used to address the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, have gained recognition and adoption not only in Israel, but also globally, affirming his status as a world-leading expert in managing complex networks.

Previously a senior leader at a major EHR company, he successfully led sales teams with both domestic and international responsibility. Benjamin leverages his wealth of experience in healthcare technology and customer success, honed over 12+ years at Epic Systems. As a senior director of enterprise implementations at Epic, Benjamin led teams responsible for process improvement, customer success, and healthcare technology transformations. Benjamin's expertise includes pre-install planning, product development, post live support, and strategic planning.

Yinon Reiss

As the Head of Product at Opmed.ai, Yinon leads the product organization with a focus on innovation and excellence. With expertise in B2B and B2C markets, he oversees product strategy and streamlines processes to drive growth and efficiency.

Yinon has extensive experience managing cross-functional product teams from concept to realization, consistently delivering impactful solutions. Known for his strategic vision and collaborative approach, he is passionate about creating products that exceed user expectations.

Shaked Matar
‍Technical Product Manager & Algorithm Developer

Shaked Matar is a key member of the team at Opmed.AI, where she leverages her extensive academic background to drive innovation in healthcare. Shaked recently completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in distributed and parallel algorithms for enhancing network properties. During her time at the university, she also worked at the Computational Psychiatry Laboratory, where she developed brain-computer interfaces using machine learning algorithms.
